Fan Bus Available for Dec. 21 Cal Poly Game

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The CSU Bakersfield men's basketball team is in the middle of its final season in the Western Athletic Conference before joining the Big West Conference in July of 2020. Roadrunners fans have two chances to enjoy a pair of future Big West matchup previews when CSUB hosts UC Santa Barbara on Dec. 3 and travels to Cal Poly Dec. 21.

CSUB Athletics is giving fans an exciting opportunity for the road game against Cal Poly as a fan bus has been chartered to the Central Coast on Dec. 21. Dedicated `Runners fans can travel to the game to root on CSUB against the Mustangs in San Luis Obispo, Calif.

The cost to attend the game on the fan bus is just $50, which includes a ticket to the game, a round trip bus ride with complimentary refreshments, and a mini pep rally before the game with small appetizers provided at Firestone Grill in downtown SLO. The bus will be leaving the Icardo Center at 3:15 p.m.

There are only 20 tickets remaining for the fan bus, so, interested fans should reach out to Logan Belz (LBelz@csub.edu or 901-484-0493) as soon as possible. Help us show Cal Poly that we are ready for the Big West! Fans who want to attend the game but do not want to ride the bus can still reach out to Logan for information on tickets.
