"We knew we could count on Michaela Paige, Delise Batiza and Paola Hernandez as we always do," said Bakersfield director of swimming & diving Chris Hansen. "However, the best part of today was Nicolette Goncalves, Dylana Milobar, Lucy Sanderson, Jeanette Dove, Felicia Zamora along with Kelsey Lange and Lauren Kaufman all swam their best meet to date. This was not the Batiza, Paige, Hernandez show this was the CSUB show. That is how we beat teams like Fresno State! This is by far the most proud I have been of the women since taking over the women. Today is saw the future of this team!"
The Roadrunners return to the pool next Saturday for a quad featuring Bakersfield, Loyola Marymount, Alaska-Fairbanks, and UC San Diego. The gun goes off at 12 p.m.
