BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--The CSU Bakersfield women's basketball team (11-17) concludes the 2012-13 season Saturday when the Roadrunners host the University of New Orleans.

Saturday will mark the final appearance for three CSUB seniors; Amber Williams (Fontana, Calif., Etiwanda, Calif.), Ciarra Ford (Long Beach, Calif., Mt. Sac College), and Lauren Carter (Moorpark, Calif., Moorpark HS).

This is the second meeting between CSUB and UNO in women's basketball. The Roadrunners defeated New Orleans 78-59 Feb. 11 at Lakefront Arena. The Lady Privateers are transitioning back to Division I after announcing plans to drop from D-1 to D-3 three years ago.  UNO is the other Division I school playing an independent schedule in 2012-13 before moving to the Sun Belt in 2013. The Lady Privateers are 3-22 after dropping a 60-59 decision at Texas-Pan American Wednesday night. Keri Thomas leads the team in scoring (14.8 ppg).
