LAS CRUCES, N.M.--New Mexico State's Devin Hart scored in the 105th minute to give the Aggies a 2-1 victory over Bakersfield in Western Athletic Conference women's soccer play Sunday afternoon.

The Aggies' ended the 'Runner season as the win secured the fourth and final WAC Tournament slot for Idaho who end the regular season two points ahead of the Roadrunners in the league standings.

Bakersfield took a 1-0 lead in the 16th minute when Hedda Regefalk (Fr. Stockholm, Sweden, Balckebergs Gymnasium) scored off an Erica Shelton (Sr., Bakersfield, Calif., UC Santa Barbara) pass. The Aggies tied the score in the 67th minute when Mary Kate Koziol scored.  Hart got the gamewinner when she took Santa Lucero's cross and scored from the center of the goalkeeper's box.

"It was a disappointing loss to end a season, especially when we had so much on the line," said Bakersfield head coach Melissa Phillips. "We put numbers forward at the ending going for the win and their goals was a result of that. If we would have played as well as we did in the first half for the entirety of the game then we would have gotten the result. We have to be a model of consistency as a team to get results."

The Roadrunners conclude the 2013 season 4-14-1, 3-8-1 in the WAC. NM State ends the campaign with a 5-13-2 overall record and a 2-9-1 league mark.
