Samantha Estrada (Jr., Visalia, Calif., College of Sequoias) recorded her first win in a Roadrunner uniform in net. Her shutout saw Estrada make three saves.
"Today was a very excecuted team performance," said CSUB head coach Melissa Phillips. "We were able to make the necessary adjustments in putting the final pieces of our game together. The team showed a total focus and intensity for 90 minutes against a very good opponent."
Peña and Erica Shelton (Jr., Bakersfield, Calif., UC Santa Barbara) were selected to the All-Tournament team.
