Goodvin Top Men's Golf Performer for CSUB at Fresno State

FRESNO, Calif.-The CSUB Men's Golf team finished 16th at the Fresno State Lexus Classic at the Sunnyside Golf Course. The Roadrunners shot 1159. No. 7 San Diego State won the event (1083).

Chase Goodvin (Fr., Bakersfield, Calif, Frontier HS) posted the top CSUB performance. Goodvin shot 224 (74-78-72) to finish 33rd. Alex Johnson of Pacific sunk a 20 foot birdie putt on the fifth playoff hole to win the individual title over Bryan Harris of UC Irvine.

The Roadrunners are at the Cal State Fullerton Invitational Mar. 21-22.
