Casey Liddle begins his fourth season as goalkeeper coach for the Cal State Bakersfield men’s and women's soccer teams after spending two seasons as a graduate assistant for both men’s and women’s programs. Liddle works primarily with the goalkeepers but also helps in all aspects of coaching with the men’s team.

Liddle played his collegiate soccer at Cal State Bakersfield from 2001-03 and was named the team’s Most Inspirational Player as a senior. He played in 34 matches and finished his career with a goal and three assists. He also played goalkeeper and had an impressive career goals against average of 0.99.

He now has eight total years of coaching experience and recently earned his “E” coaching license. When not working with the Roadrunners men’s and women’s programs, Liddle is the head goalkeeper instructor for the Bakersfield Gunners Soccer Club. He is currently finishing up work on a bachelor’s degree in physical education and kinesiology.
