Ronald 'Doc' Waller is in his third year as coordinator of the life skills and 'Runner Ready Program after previously serving as Director of Basketball Operations for two seasons for the Roadrunners.

Waller brings a wealth of experience from NCAA Division I basketball having played for Arizona State where he graduated in 1994. Waller oversees day-to-day operations of the program which includes player mentoring, study halls and team meetings as well as travel coordination when the team is on the road.

Waller also played professional basketball in Australia. He is married to his wife Arleanna, the couple has two sons.
