Malika Glover is in her first season at Cal State Bakersfield in Fall of 2025, serving the Roadrunner women's basketball team as an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. Glover brings extensive experience in recruiting, player development -- particularly with perimeter players -- and scouting, all while CSUB’s recruiting efforts.
Glover arrived in Bakersfield after five years in the Horizon League, spending the 2024-25 season at Milwaukee and the four prior at Youngstown State, where she helped lead the Penguins to 66 wins, a 24-win campaign in 2021-22, a Horizon League Regular Season Championship, and a WNIT appearance. Glover also served as video coordinator and assistant recruiting director at South Dakota, contributing to a 30-2 record and a No. 11 national ranking during the 2019-20 season.
A former standout student-athlete at Northern Kentucky, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees while helping NKU reach the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament title game.
