Jessica "Jessie" Rogge joined the CSU Bakersfield Sports Medicine staff in the fall of 2019. After serving as the Assistant Athletic Trainer from 2019 – 2021, Jessie was promoted to Associate Head Athletic Trainer during the summer of 2021 and later promoted again to Interim Head Athletic Trainer during 2022 season.
 
Prior to her arrival in Bakersfield, Jessie served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer with Academy of Art University in San Francisco, During her time with the Urban Knights, she assisted with implementing mental health policies and procedures, coordinating insurance billing, and implementing various rehabilitation plans for the student-athletes under her care.
 
A  2017 graduated from Iowa State University, Jessie earned her bachelor degree in Athletic Training. Jessie then earned her graduate degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from San Jose State University. While attending graduate school Jessie also served as a graduate assistant with Academy of Art University collaborating with women’s softball, cross country, and women’s volleyball team. Jessie most recently earned her Doctor of Athletic Training degree through A.T. Still University in June of 2023.

 Dr. Rogge is a native of Eden Prairie, Minnesota and has two siblings..In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her cats
