Erika Warren

Warren most recently served as an assistant coach at Emporia State University, where she played a key role in recruiting top-tier talent and enhancing individual player performance through specialized skill development and advanced game preparation. Her contributions included leading scouting efforts, creating individualized workout plans, and supporting student-athletes’ mental wellness.

Prior to her time at Emporia State, Warren spent two successful seasons at Clarendon College. There, she was instrumental in boosting team performance by implementing effective training programs and recruiting strategies. She also stepped into a leadership capacity during the head coach's absence, maintaining a high level of practice intensity and continuity in player development.

As a former standout student-athlete, Warren played guard for the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where she helped lead the Miners to an NCAA Tournament appearance. She also earned All-Region and All-Conference honors at Midland College, where she helped the Lady Chaps secure a Region Championship. Her standout career began at the high school level, where she was recognized as a McDonald’s All-American nominee.
