Bridget Alexander is the Director of Compliance for the Cal State Bakersfield Athletics Department, serving in that role since January of 2026.
Alexander began her compliance career in 2023 as a Graduate Assistant with CSUB’s Compliance office. She earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Bakersfield in Liberal Studies—Multiple Subject, along with a minor in Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies. She is a double alumna of CSUB, completing a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Student Affairs, where she developed a deep passion for supporting student-athletes and fostering positive campus experiences outside of the classroom.
Most recently, Alexander served as Associate Director of Compliance at the University of California, Davis, where she oversaw NCAA financial aid for 25 varsity sports and over 600 student-athletes. Previously, she held the role of Assistant Director of Compliance, managing initial eligibility, recruiting, admissions, and playing and practice seasons for the Aggies.
