2016-17 (R-SOPHOMORE): Went 1-2 at the Roadrunner Open in only competition of the season.

2015-16 (R-FRESHMAN): Placed second at the Fresno City College, going 3-1 at the tournament...was 3-2 at the Roadrunner Open...made first varsity dual start, losing 11-7 to San Francisco State’s Josh Weinberg.

2014-15 (REDSHIRT): Sat out season as a redshirt at CSU Bakersfield...was 2-6 in open competition.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Escalon High School...coach was Derrik Scott...qualified for the 2014 CIF state tournament at 138 pounds...qualifed for the 2013 state tournament at 132...qualified for the state tournament in 2012...selected All-League four times...won division championship three times...team won league titles in 2012, 2013, and 2014...played football for Escalon High School.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 3, 1995...son of Larry and Michelle Lawrence...a public administration major.
