Biography

2019-20 (R-SENIOR): Spent the season wrestling at 141 pounds and posted a career high with 17 wins against just nine losses...Went 4-0 to win the Menlo Open...Picked up four victories to garner a sixth-place finish at the Roadrunner Open...Beat Wyoming's Chase Zollman (7-3) at the Cliff Keen Invite...Won four times at the California Collegiate to place fifth at 141 pounds...Picked up a dual meet win over California Baptist's Adam Velazquez (7-4) on Senior Night. 

2018-19 (R-JUNIOR): Recorded 9-5 record at 133 pounds...was 1-1 in dual action, earning a 5-4 victory over San Francisco State's Jordan Gurrola...won the Menlo Open title with a 9-2 decision over Menlo's Sebastian Marin and a 17-1 technical fall over Anthony Loera (unattached)...went 3-2 at both the Roadrunner Open and the Reno Tournament of Champions.  


2017-18 (R-SOPHOMORE): Recorded 9-5 record at 133, 0-3 mark at 141 and was 0-1 at 149...began the season with a 15-0 tech fall victory over Elias Hernandez of Menlo at Menlo Open...went 3-0 at Menlo Open and recorded his fastest pin (2:24) of the season against Stanford's Ryun Ortiz...was 2-2 at the Roadrunner Open...went 4-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions with two tech falls...finished the season with four decisions, three tech falls and one pin.

2016-17 (R-FRESHMAN): Made first career dual start at Arizona State and defeated the Sun Devil’s Ted Cruz 9-7...began season with a third place showing at the San Francisco State U-21 Open...was 2-2 at the Roadrunner Open...went 1-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions...was 1-2 at the San Francisco State California Collegiate Open...ended season with a 9-7 record.
2015-16 (REDSHIRT): Sat out as a redshirt in the CSU Bakersfield program...entered seven open tournaments and came away with a 21-12 record...finished second at 133 pounds at the Fresno City Open, third at San Francisco State Open, and fourth at the Wisconsin Open...moved to 141 for final tournament was 4-4.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Servite High School...a two-time CIF champion and a two-time state qualifier...was a master’s finalist...team won two CIF titles and a CIF dual meet championship during career.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 19, 1997...son of Mike Beanes and Teri Blakley...a kinesiology major.
