2019-20 (FRESHMAN): Wrestled at 157 pounds, finishing the season with a mark of 10-7...Went 3-1 to place second at the Menlo Open...Posted four wins at the Reno Tournament of Champions. 

2018-19 (REDSHIRT): Finished the season with a 4-8 record at 149 pounds...pinned Tony Williams (0:30) at the Menlo Open in his first match as a Roadrunner...went 2-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions, pinning Umpqua CC's Garrett Russell (2:41).  

2017-18 (FRESHMAN): Attended Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Calif...a member of the Dean's List...coached by David Rivera, Robert Dominguez and Caleb Flores. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended La Quinta HS...coached by Ryan Flores...named team MVP as a senior...also played football.  

PERSONAL: Born on December 5, 1997 in Rancho Mirage, Calif...son of Ramon Valdez and Maria Hernandez...a kinesiology major.
