FALLBROOK HS: Joey Granata came to Bakersfield after a successful prep career at Fallbrook HS...finished his senior season with a 42-11 record...placed eighth at the CIF State Championships at 152 pounds...was also the CIF San Diego Section Master’s runner-up...won the Jim Londus Memorial Tournament...placed fourth at the 2005 San Diego Section Master’s meet.

PERSONAL: Major is environmental resource management at Bakersfield...parents are Joseph and René Granata.
