2006: Jeremy Doyle might have started the season slow, but finished with an incredibly strong streak…opened the season at just 1-7, but won six of his final seven matches…opened the season with a 15-1 major decision win over Spencer Manley of Navy…lost his next seven matches before catching fire in the middle of the season…took third place at the Menlo College Invitational, knocking off teammate Justin Gigliotti 5-3 in the third-place match…followed with dual meet wins over Tyler Parker of Stanford by way of pin in 4:11, and Alex Butler of San Francisco State by a score of 8-0…finished his sophomore year by placing second at the California Collegiate Invitational…defeated Ryan Hoffman of Chadron State 15-1 before losing in the final to teammate Matt Schumm by a 7-6 decision.

2005: Doyle was 2-2 in limited action for CSUB in 2005…picked up first collegiate victory in 9-2 victory over Joaquin Carlos of Cal State Fullerton during the Fullerton Open…also defeated teammate Anthony Watson for his second win.

2004: Doyle redshirted at CSUB in 2004.

RAMONA HS: Doyle is one of several current Roadrunners who have come to CSUB from Ramona HS…in his three years of varsity wrestling for the Bulldogs, Doyle was a three-time Valley League champion and a two-time CIF San Diego Section Division III champion…by placing third in the San Diego Section Master’s tournament twice, he was also a two-time qualifier to the CIF State Championships…Doyle helped lead the Bulldogs to three straight Valley League titles and two consecutive CIF San Diego Section titles.

PERSONAL: Major is business administration at CSUB…older brother Brandon also wrestles at CSUB…career objective is to be a business owner with his father…parents are Rob and Sue Doyle.
