2024-25 (SENIOR): Notched breakout season as Bakersfield’s heavyweight, posting a 24-5 record on the year…Received national rankings from multiple outlets most of the season, ranking as high as #16 in the country (The Open Mat)…Placed second at Pac-12 Championships, earning first NCAA Championships appearance on allocations…Posted a 6-4 record on the year against ranked opponents…Went undefeated (17-0) in dual meets…Put together a 16-match win streak…Tallied a 1-2 record at NCAA Championships, including a decision over #33 Hayden Filipovich (Purdue)...Named Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week Nov. 26 after defeating Trevor Tinker (Cal Poly) in the Roadrunner Open Final.

2023-24 (JUNIOR): Second-consecutive season as team’s primary heavyweight…Posted 9-16 record, including a 3-9 record in dual meets and 0-6 against ranked opponents…Placed first at the Roadrunner open with a 3-0 record, knocking off Cal Poly’s heavyweight in the Championships match…Came one victory short of placing at Southern Scuffle, going 3-2 on the tournament…Pushed No. 22 Josiah Hill (Little Rock) in 4-2 loss in road dual…Earned road dual win against Stanford’s Mankowski, 6-0.

2022-23 (SOPHOMORE): Wrestled as the team's primary 285, posting a 2-19 overall record with an 0-10 dual record...Had 2-2 record at the Roadrunner Open, posting his biggest win of the year over Menlo's 285 by a 7-1 decision...Also shut out Cal Poly's wrestler 2-0 at the Roadrunner Open...Made conference tournament debut at the Pac-12 championships, going 0-3.

2021-22 (FRESHMAN): Posted a 5-13 overall record, including three appearances in dual meet competition...Was 2-2 at both the Menlo Open and the Roadrunner Open...Finished with a 4-10 record in tournament wrestling...Four wins by decision and one by fall...Lone pin came at the Menlo Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Frontier High School in Bakersfield, Calif...Coached by Carlo Franciotti...California State qualifier as a senior, advancing to the round of 12 at the Super 32...Earned 1st-Team All-Area & All-American accolades...Team upperweight MVP...Frontier HS Male Athlete of the Year...Also competed for the football team. 

PERSONAL: Plans to major in Criminal Justice, with hopes to become a firefighter after his time at CSUB.
