Biography

2023-24 (R-JUNIOR): Posted a 1-5 record on the year, splitting time between 165 (0-2) and 174 (1-3)…Lone win of season came in Chippewa Challenge against No. 19 Alex Cramer (Central Michigan) in an 8-2 decision.

2022-23 (REDSHIRT): Redshirted the season and did not compete...Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll recipient.

2021-22 (SOPHOMORE): Finished the season with a 13-17 record, with a 1-7 mark in dual meets...Opened the season with a 3-1 effort at the Menlo Open to snag a 3rd place finish...Was 5-1 at the Roadrunner Open to place 3rd...Competed for CSUB at the Cliff Keen Invitational, the Southern Scuffle and the Tournament of Champions...Finished the season 12-8 in tournament competition...Won first career dual meet with an 8-0 win over Breon Phifer of American University...Placed 6th at the Pac-12 Championships at 157 lbs...Won three major decisions, once by tech fall and once by pin. 

2020-21 (FRESHMAN): Did not compete. 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Wrestled for one season at Fresno City College...Earned Male Athlete of the Year for the Rams, while leading the team to a California State Championship and a State Dual-Meet Title...Named to FCC Dean's List. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed for Coach Sal Gonzalez at Madera South High School. 

PERSONAL: Majoring in Kinesiology with the goal of teaching Physical Education after graduation.
