Petra Koudelkova is entering her second season as an assistant coach for CSUB Water Polo.
Before joining the CSUB staff, Koudelkova enjoyed a successful playing career as a Roadrunner.
Koudelkova was one of the program's most accomplished players, netting 140 goals over two seasons to finish her career as the team's fourth–leading goal scorer all–time. As a junior, she scored 84 goals and earned second–team All–WWPA regular season and postseason honors. Koudelkova, a Hradec Kralove, Czech. Republic native, earned her criminal justice degree from CSUB in 2009.
Prior to arriving at CSUB, Koudelkova was a two–time All–American at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. In 2006, she was the Southern Conference MVP.
In 2009, Koudelkova coached the Garces Memorial High School girls water polo team to the CIF central section Division III title game.
