Biography
VENTURA COLLEGE: Renee Roy was a member of the swim and water polo teams at Ventura College...helped lead the Pirates’ women’s swim team to the Western State Conference title in both 2007 and 2008...the swim team also placed third at the California Community College state meet in 2008....top times in 2008 were 2:02.62 in the 200 free, 5:26.82 in the 500 free and 18:55.10 in the 1650 free.
OXNARD HS: Roy attended Oxnard High School where she swam for Head Coach Rick Garcia...was also a member of the Yellowjackets’ water polo team.
PERSONAL: Roy is a psychology major at CSUB...was a Ventura County Beach lifeguard for six years...parents are Robert and Joy Roy.
