2006-07: Rachel Schell competed in the freestyle during her first season with the Roadrunners.

CUESTA COLLEGE: Schell comes to CSUB from the Central Coast of California where she competed for Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo...led her team to the Western State Conference title in 2004...was nominated for Athlete of the Year honors as well.

COASTAL CHRISTIAN HS: Schell joined the Roadrunners after competing for Coastal Christian High in Arroyo Grande, Calif....reached the CIF Southern Section championships as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: Schell is a liberal studies major at CSUB...also earning a minor in physical education and kinesiology...plans to become a teacher...parents are Ralph and Kathy Schell.
