2015-16 (SENIOR): Was member of 200 free relay team which posted second-best all-time mark (1:33.02) for CSUB, finishing second at WAC Championships...Scored points with 16th-place finish in 50 free at WAC Championships, posted personal-best time in prelims (23.79)…Reset personal-best in 100 breast (1:05.83) in prelims at WAC meet, finished 23rd in finals…Posted season-best time of 52.86 in 100 free in prelims of WAC meet.

2014-15 (JUNIOR): Competed in the 100 and 200 breaststroke as well as the 50 and 100 freestyle…Posted season-best times in the 100 breast (1:07.00) and 50 (24.09) and 100 (52.16) free in the prelims at the WAC Championships…100 free time was good enough to make B final, where she finished 15th.

2013-14 (SOPHOMORE): Posted season best times in the preliminaries of the 100 breast (1:06.57), 50 free (24.35), and 100 free (53.30) at the WAC Championships…Was a member of the 200 medley relay team which posted CSUB’s third fastest time of the season (1:47.30).

2012-13 (FRESHMAN): A member of the swimming team at NCAA Division I Saint Bonaventure University.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of San Ramon High School...Coach was Sheila Nelson... Broke three school records en route to All-American consideration in the 200-yard medley relay during her senior year...Broke the record in the 50-yard freestyle and 4x100 free relay and finished sixth at the North Coast Section Championship finals in the 200 relay...As a junior, was named an All-American in the 200 relay, finished fifth in the NCS Championship final and broke the school record she set as a sophomore...Swam for the San Ramon Valley Livermore Aquatics Club for 12 years, and holds the 17-18 50 free record...Played water polo for three years.

PERSONAL: Born June 6, 1994...Daughter of Marcus and Laurie van Raalte…A child, adolescent, and family studies major working on a minor in art.
