Biography
2019-20 (SENIOR): Won five events, four in the 200 Fly, and finished in the top-5 on 16 occasions...Earned 1st-Team All-WAC honors with a third place finish in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:01.21...Placed sixth in both the 100 Free (54.96) and the 500 Free (4:57.13) to earn a pair of 2nd-Team All-League nods...Swam third-leg of team's season-best 400 Free Relay (3:21.02) at WAC Championships...Member of 200 Free Relay that finished fourth at conference meet...Part of 200 Free Relay that set school record and finished fifth at National Invitational Championship...Moved into third all time on CSUB's 200 Free list...Scored individual 200 Free wins at UNLV and California Baptist and home versus San Jose State and UCSB/LMU...Won the 100 Free against UC Santa Cruz.Â
2018-19 (JUNIOR): Swam the third leg of CSUB's record-setting 200 free relay team that also finished fourth at the WAC Championships (1:32.91)...swam the second-fastest time in CSUB history in the prelims of the 200 fly at the WAC Championships (2:01.40), eventually finishing fourth to earn Second Team All-WAC honors...was the anchor leg of the 400 medley relay team that swam the second-fastest time in school history (3:43.90) and finished sixth in the WAC...was the second leg of the CSUB 800 free relay team that won the WAC title (7:20.36) and finished with the fourth-best time in school history...won six individual races on the season with three of them coming in the 200 fly...finished in the top-five 22 times. Â
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE): Swam the second-fastest 200 fly in CSUB history to earn Second Team All-WAC honors and finish fourth in the conference in a personal record time of 2:02.06...earned Second Team All-WAC honors and finished fourth in the conference in the 200 free in a personal record time of 1:50.70...recorded a personal record in the 500 free (4:57.79) to finish 10th at the WAC Championships...anchor leg of 800 free relay that finished fourth in the WAC and recorded the fourth-fast time (7:24.77) in CSUB history...won the 200 fly seven times and hte 200 and 500 free once each during the dual meet season.
2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Helped 200 medley relay team break CSUB record (1:41.50) at WAC Championships…placed in finals of 200 fly (16th), 200 free (20th), and 500 free (21st) at WAC meet…swam 200 fly in 2:04.87 at A3 Performance Invite, third-fastest in CSUB history…posted season-bests in 200 free (1:53.50) and 500 free (5:04.79) in WAC prelims…swam season-best 58.54 in 100 fly during Idaho/Seattle U tri meet…posted season-best 100 free time (53.54) in fourth-place finish during UNLV dual...won 200 fly twice during dual season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Cathedral Catholic High School...coach was Jeff Owen...helped lead the Dons to be SDCWL Champions each of first three years, CIF runner-up in 2014 and 2015, and CIF Champions in 2013…helped 200 free relay team set school record three years as well as the CIF Division 2 record in 2015…helped 400 free relay team set school record in 2014…earned Monsignor Dickie Award and earned National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation memberships…also swims for Rancho San Dieguito under Joe Benjamin…selected to the 2012 SI Western Zone All-Star team and 2013 SI Short Course All-Star team.

PERSONAL: Born June 8, 1998...daughter of Richard and Pamela Cosgrove…kinesiology major...father, Richard, was a member of the crew team at UC Davis.
