2009: Collin Ellis redshirted the 2009 season due to injury.
BAKERSFIELD HS: Ellis threw shot put and discus for coach, and former Roadrunner thrower, Ian Banez at Bakersfield High School...helped the Drillers to a Southeast Yosemite League title while earning all-league honors...earned honorable mention accolades from the Bakersfield Californian...had personal bests of 50-9 in shot and 173-6 in discus...also played football at Bakersfield HS.
PERSONAL: Ellis is a physical education and kinesiology major at CSUB...his cousin, Evan Wahl, is also a thrower on the Roadrunner track and field team.
