2015-16 (SENIOR): Finished third or better in 19 races…Helped 400 free and 400 medley relay teams win titles at WAC Championships…Was part of 400 medley (3:41.85) and 400 free (3:20.55) relay teams that reset CSUB all-time records and the 200 free (1:33.02) and 800 free (7:18.33) relays that posted second-best all-time marks for CSUB…Moved to third all-time for the ‘Runners in 50 free (23.44), finished seventh at WAC Championships to earn Second Team All-WAC...Earned bronze medal in 100 free with season-best 50.69 at WAC meet…Earned silver in 200 free at WAC Championships with season-best 1:49.18...Earned Academic All-WAC honors.

2014-15 (JUNIOR): Posted personal best times in 100 (50.59) and 200 (1:48.48) freestyle to earn a pair of WAC Championships titles and First Team All-Conference honors…Times in title swims were also good enough for fourth and third all-time for CSUB, respectively...Earned Second Team All-WAC with fifth-place finish in final of 50 free after posting personal best (23.64) in prelim…Took a leg of the 400 medley relay which posted the second-fastest time in CSUB history (3:46.09) to finish fifth at WAC Championships…Also took a leg of the 200 free relay team which broke the school record with a time of 1:33.00 at the WAC meet en route to a second-place finish and Second Team All-Conference honors… Swam a leg for the 400 free relay team which posted the second-best time in CSUB history (3:22.82) on its way to winning the WAC title…Helped 800 free relay team to a WAC title with second-best CSUB all-time performance (7:18.33).

2013-14 (SOPHOMORE): Cracked the CSUB Top 5 list with a time 1:49.42 in the 200 free while earning 2nd Team All-Conference honors at the WAC Championship with a sixth-place finish…Was a member of the 400 free and 800 free relay teams that broke the school records and won WAC titles…Also helped break the school record in the 200 free relay while earning 2nd Team All-Conference honors at the WAC Championship…Earned 2nd Team honors by finishing sixth in the 50 free (23.72, season best) and the 100 free (51.58)…Won the 100 free at the Pacific dual and the 500 free at the Fresno Pacific dual.

2012-13 (FRESHMAN): A part of the 400 free relay which reset the school record in the event during the WAC Championships...A member of the 800 free relay which lowered the school record at the Arena Invitational and again at the WAC Championships...A part of the 400 medley relay which had the fastest CSUB time of the season...Posted season best times in the 50 free (24.17), 100 free (51.69), and 200 free (1:51.19) during the WAC’s...Placed eighth in the 200 free and 12th in the 100 free at the WAC meet...Selected Academic All-Conference.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Santa Teresa High School...Coach was Debbie Fuji...Named team’s co-MVP as a senior and team MVP as a sophomore...Chosen 2010 Scholastic All-American...Team won Blossom Valley Athletic League title in 2009...Holds school record in the 100 free (51.61) and a part of the school record in the 200 free relay (1:39.53)...Graduated with a 3.5 GPA and is a Cal Grant recipient.

PERSONAL: Born July 14, 1994...Daughter of John and Carol Lange...A kinesiology major who plans to become an athletic trainer after her time at CSUB.
