2011-12 (SENIOR): Has been selected as a co-captain of the Roadrunner squad.

2010-11 (JUNIOR): Won the 500 free at the tri-dual between CSUB, Pacific and UC Santa Cruz...also won the 500 free against Northern Colorado...posted the fifth fastest time in the 500 free in school history (5:03.21) at the MPSF Championships...won the 1000 freestyle during the Northern Colorado dual.

2008-2010 (FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE): A two-year letterwinner at NCAA Division II Limestone College...earned Division II All-American honors in the 1000 freestyle as a sophomore as she placed 13th in the event...an honorable mention All-American in the 400 medley relay as a freshman...earned All-Conference honors as a freshman and as a sophomore in the 500 freestyle, 1000 freestyle, and 1650 freestyle...won the 2008 Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championship in the 1000 freestyle...holds the individual school records in the 200 freestyle (1:55.30), 500 freestyle (5:02.97), 1000 freestyle (10:25.10), and 1650 freestyle (17:18.89)...holds a portion of the school record in the 400 freestyle relay (3:34.85) and 800 freestyle relay (7:47.52).

VARMDO GYMNASIUM:  Prepped at Varmdo Gymnasium...Swam in the Swedish Nationals.

PERSONAL: Born May 6, 1988...daughter of Mikael and Kristina Nystrom...a business administration major.
