Biography
2024-25 (JUNIOR): Helped lead the Roadrunners to a school-record round of 290 (+2) at Boulder Creek and a 36-hole tournament best of 609 (+33) at the Eagle Invite... One of three Roadrunners to average in the 70s on the year (76.04)... Competed in every event for CSUB this year, lowering her career average to 75.88, which is the best scoring average in program history... Wrapped up her 2024-25 season placing herself in second all-time for single season rounds in the 70s with 24, two away from Ariel Lee who sits in first... One of just two Roadrunners to have two career rounds in the 60s... Finished 35th in the Big West Championship with a 232 (+16) with a round low of 75.
2023-24 (SOPHOMORE): Reset CSUB’s single-round scoring record with a 69 (-3) at Timpanagos Collegiate Classic before crushing her own record with a 66 (-6) at Clash at Boulder Creek…Her 54-hole tournament score of 211 (-5) also reset CSUB’s record by six strokes…Led CSUB with 75.52 scoring average, resetting that program record as well…As of end of 2023-24 season, ranks first in CSUB history in career scoring average (75.84, min. 40 rounds played)…Tied school record by leading team for seven consecutive events (4-18-23 to 2-14-24)…At Clash at Boulder Creek, helped team post two best single-round scores (291, 293) and best 54-hole team score (888) in program history...Helped CSUB record second-best single-season scoring average (310.56) in program history.
2022-23 (FRESHMAN): Tied teammate Arlene Salvador for the second-best single-season scoring average (76.15) in CSUB history…Posted a season-low score of 71 (-1) at the Thunderbird Invitational, tying for the fourth-best single-round score in program history…Reset the program record for lowest single-round (76, +4) and 54-hole tournament scores (225, +9) in a `Runner debut…Season-low 54-hole tournament score of 223 (+7) came at Thunderbird Invite…Led Bakersfield at Big West Championship (234) while finishing 23rd overall…74 (+2) in Round 1 at Big West tied for fifth-best single-round score at Conference Championships in CSUB history…Tallied 23 rounds in the 70s on the year, second-most all-time…Helped CSUB tie the school’s 18-hole team score record (294) at the Thunderbird Invitational as well as seven of ten Top 10 results…Contributed to program’s second-best 54-hole tournament score (896) at the Thunderbird Invitational…Earned WGCA All-American Scholar honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2022 graduate of Torrance High School…Coached by Sharon Carr…Three-time All-League honoree…Helped THS place runner-up at the 2019 CIF Central Division Team Championship…In Summer 2022, named the Player of the Year by the SCPGA Jr. Tour (15-18 Girls)…Finished runner-up at the 2021 FCG NLT Tour at Twin Oaks CC (71-74-154)…Placed second at the 22 FCG NLT Tour at Encinitas Ranch (75-73-70-218).
PERSONAL: Plans on majoring in kinesiology and hopes to play golf professionally after her time at CSUB.
