2014 (JUNIOR): Finished in the ‘Runner Top 5 three times for the cross country team…Placed 86th at the Mustang Challenge in her fast collegiate-race (20:54.7)…Finished third for the ‘Runners and 96th overall at the Pomona-Pitzer 6k with a time of 25:20.0…Lowered her collegiate-best time to 20:53.0 with a 51st-place finish at the WAC Championships 5k.
2012-14 (BAKERSFIELD COLLEGE): Competed for the Renegade cross country team under Head Coach Pam Kelley…Often finished near the top of BC’s runners…Ran a 21:20 at the Fresno Invitational 5K at Woodward Park her freshman year…Completed the Santa Barbara Invitational 5K course in a time of 23:16 and in 21st place as a sophomore…Ran a personal-best time in a 5k race of 19:49…Was an All-Conference Honorable Mention in the 1500m in 2014 and earned First Team All-Conference in cross country in 2013.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Golden Valley High School…Ran under Coach Jones and Coach Hernandez…Helped lead the Bulldogs to a SYL Championship as a junior…Was awarded Bakersfield Jockey Club for cross country in 2010 as well as team MVP…Placed 13th at the 2012 CIF South Area Championship in the 800m…Also swam for the Bulldogs.
