2018 Track (R-SOPHOMORE): Competed in four meets...appeared in her first meet for the Roadrunners Apr. 7...earned first gold medal in the 1500-meter (5:04.15) Apr. 12...posted a fourth-place finish in the 3000-meter (10:38.84) at the Bulldog Invitational Apr. 28...named Academic All-WAC honoree for the 2017-18 academic year...sat out the 2018 indoor season as a medical redshirt. 2017 Cross Country (REDSHIRT): Transferred to CSU Bakersfield from the University of Hawai'i...sat out the 2017 cross country season as a medical redshirt.
2017 Track (REDSHIRT): Sat out the 2017 outdoor season at Hawai'i as a medical redshirt...ran one race for the Rainbow Wahine...reset indoor record and led squad with top 3000-meter run of 9:40.02 at UW Indoor Preview. 2016 Cross Country (SOPHOMORE): Competed in seven meets for the University of Hawai'i, leading all UH performers in each outing...posted six of UH's top 10 6k times on the year, including her school record mark of 20:25.9 at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 15)...produced three of UH's top 10 times in the 5k on the season, including the top time of 17:48.9 at the Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 3)...named Big West Co-Athlete of the Week on Oct. 4.
2016 Track (FRESHMAN): Set a personal best of 40:02.89 in the 10000-meter event to take gold at the Rainbow Relays...set a personal best of 18:15.45 in the 5000-meter event to place 10th at the Steve Scott Invitational...took gold at the 38th Annual Aztec Open in the 5000-meter with a time of 18:17.03...held team best time in the mile run (5:22.37)...ranked 10th on the outdoor all-time top 10 list for the 10000-meter run...set personal records in the mile (5:14.51) at the UW Open and 3000-meter (10:29.63) at the UW Invitational. 2015 Cross Country (FRESHMAN): Competed in seven meets for UH, while ranking among the scoring five in six races and leading all UH performers twice...posted three of UH's top 10 5k times on the year, and two among the best 6k times...was named Big West Cross Country Athlete of the Week (Sept. 22), becoming the first from UH to receive the award since 2012.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Stockdale High School in Bakersfield, Calif...lettered all four years in track and field and two years in cross country...also lettered two years as a setter in volleyball...member of 2014 Southwest Yosemite League Cross Country Championship team...earned all-area Girls Cross Country Runner of the year in 2014...competed in the 1600m and 3200m events...recorded her best 3200m time of 10:58.66 during the 2015 California State Championship final where she placed 21st...named to 2015 track and field all-area first team PERSONAL: Born on Dec. 27, 1996...Major is Liberal Studies, focus on Elementary Education...has two sisters...parents are Rene and Julie Campos.
