2017 (R-SENIOR): Used final year of eligibility in indoor track…Reset pentathlon personal best to 3,323 points at WAC Indoors, placing fifth and earning Second Team All-Conference…Raised high jump PR to 5-02.25 during pentathlon to move to 17th in CSUB history…Other season-bests: 800m (2:30.69), 60m hurdles (9.32), long jump (16-02.75), shot put (33-06.00).
 
2016 (SENIOR): Posted CSUB season-best marks in 60m hurdles (9.21), 100m hurdles (15.34), pentathlon (3249), and heptathlon (4479)…Earned bronze medal in pentathlon at WAC Indoors and in heptathlon at WAC Outdoors, the first two WAC medals and First Team All-Conference honors in CSUB women’s history…Reset personal bests in following events: 200m (25.86), 800m (2:27.45), 60m hurdles (9.21), long jump (17-02.00), and shot put (35-05.00)…Earned Academic All-WAC for Outdoors.
 
2015 (JUNIOR): Posted CSUB season best marks in 60m hurdles (9.42), 100m hurdles (15.06), 400m hurdles (65.49), pentathlon (3145), and heptathlon (4645)…Pentathlon score came at WAC Indoor Championships where she finished third to earn First Team All-Conference honors…Heptathlon score came at WAC Outdoors where she finished fourth earning Second Team honors…Score was the third-best score all-time for the ‘Runners and the best since 1995…Also earned spot on CSUB Top 20 lists in 100m hurdles (16th), 400m hurdles (10th), and high jump (5-01.25; 19th).
 
2012-14 (JUNIOR COLLEGE): Competed for Riverside City College under coaches Duff Wiley and Jim McCarron…helped lead the Tigers to a conference championship…was named to the Dean’s List in 2012 and 2013…Did not compete in indoor track and field.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Beaumont High School...Coach was Brandon Tedrow...Named Team MVP and was a three-time Mountain Pass League Champion (300m hurdles, high jump, 100m hurdles)…holds the school 100m hurdles record…also played basketball for the Cougars and earned Second Team All-League…graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
 
PERSONAL: Born Mar. 1, 1994...Daughter of Johnny and Donna Cervantes...A kinesiology major…Sister, Ashlee, ran track and cross country for Cal Baptist.
