2005: Towa Manda jumped right into the action as a freshman at CSUB…played in 16 of 20 matches while earning starts in 13…scored one goal, and it was an important one…his 56th minute goal was the only goal in CSUB’s 1-0 upset win over No. 10 Cal State Dominguez Hills (10/19/05)…took 12 shots as a freshman with eight on target…played 993 minues…started his first career collegiate match in a 3-2 win over The Master’s College (08/27/05).

FOUNTAIN VALLEY HS: Manda played soccer at Fountain Valley HS in his senior season only…led the Barons in scoring that season with 10 goals and eight assists…named first-team All-Sunset Conference, helping FVHS to the second round of the CIF Southern Section Division I playoffs…also played basketball and was named team MVP.

PERSONAL: Major is business administration at CSUB…born in the Ivory Coast…mother’s name is Eunice Manda.
