2015 (SENIOR): Posted personal best times in four events…Improved upon previous personal best in 400m hurdles four times…Posted best time in preliminary round of WAC Outdoors (54.51) to finish seventh and advance to finals…Next day, broke person best again (54.35) with seventh-place finish, just missing All-Conference by one spot…Time moved him from 18th to 17th all-time for CSUB…Posted season best time of 16.46 in 110m hurdles at Cal State LA Invitational…Ran 400m in time of 50.64 to finish sixth at Bulldog Invite…Ran 800m in 2:05.82 to at Cal State LA.

2014 (JUNIOR): Competed in the 400m hurdles seven times for the ‘Runners…Won the 300m hurdles at the All-Comers meet with a time of 40.38…Broke 56 seconds in the 400m hurdles for the first time of the season at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational…Posted a season-best time of 55.23 at the WAC Outdoor Championships preliminaries where he placed 10th, just missing out on advancing to the finals, but cracked the Bakersfield all-time Top 20 list…Also ran the lead leg of the fastest CSUB 4x100 team of the year (42.34) and a leg on the fastest 4x400 team (3:21.02)…Both relay performances topped out at the WAC Outdoors and narrowly missed earning All-Conference honors.

2012-13 (JUNIOR COLLEGE): Competed in track and field while attending College of the Siskyous…Coach was Shannon Mass…Was named 2013 top 10 NorCal Hurdler.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Placer High School...Coach was Rick Foley.

PERSONAL: Born on Nov. 11, 1991…Earned an associate’s degree in psychology in 2013 from College of the Siskiyous… Plans to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology from CSUB.
