Roderfeld joined the CSUB coaching staff in Janurary of 2013 as a graduate assistant to head coach Crissy Buck.

Roderfeld was a four-year letter winner at Oregon State from 2008-11 and played under Buck when she was an assistant for the Beavers. At Oregon State, Buck began recruiting Roderfeld when she was a sophomore in high school and went after her because of her intelligence as a catcher and her powerful hitting.

Roderfeld will be working with the Roadrunner hitters and catchers.

The Vista, Calif., native had an impressive career with Oregon State, twice being named to the All-Pac-10 Second Team. She drove in 29 or more RBIs and scored 16 or more runs in three straight seasons, along with two straight seasons batting over .310 along with recording at least 13 home runs.
