Alyssa Graham enters his second season with the Cal State Bakersfield softball coaching staff in Fall of 2025. She was an assistant coach of the Roadrunners in her first year, and was named Interim Head Coach in October of 2025. 

In her first year with Bakersfield, she helped CSUB to their most accomplished season, winning the most games since in a season since 2019. Bakersfield offense took off in 2025, hitting a program record 24 home runs which ranked fifth best in the Big West conference. The `Runners caused havoc on the base paths, stealing 58 bases in 73 attempts, third best in the conference and a program single season record. CSUB also increased the team batting average from .239 in 2024 to .264 in 2025.

She joined the CSUB Softball staff in July 2024, bringing 16 years of playing experience combined with two years of coaching experience. Prior to Graham joining the Roadrunners, she spent two years with California Baptist University serving as a graduate assistant coach. With the Lancers, her tasks included handling team equipment and uniform integrity, prepping practice setup, ensuring drill efficiency, and handing game day operations.

A Colton, Calif. native, Graham also played college ball at San José State from 2019 to 2023. In her time, she earned a plethora of awards, such as Academic All-Mountain West (2019, 20, 22, 23), First Team All-Mountain West (2019), Dean's Scholar (2022), and Second Team All-Mountain West (2022, 23). She wrapped up her collegiate career with a batting average of .330, 22 home runs, eight triples, 41 doubles, and 108 RBI. The third baseman led the team in batting average from 2019 to 2022.
