2017-18 (SENIOR): Recorded a personal-best in the 500 freestyle (4:40.84) at the WAC Championships…PR in the 200 free (1:42.86) at WAC prelims…PR in the 1000 free (9:59.87) versus Fresno Pacific…placed second in the dual meet against Fresno Pacific in 500 free...recorded 10 top-five finishes throughout the season. 

2016-17 (JUNIOR): Placed 19th in 1650 free finals at WAC Championships with season-best time of 16:45.98…1000 split was new PR as well (10:03.00)…posted season-best 4:46.20 in 500 free to finish 27th in finals at A3 Performance Invite…lowered 200 free PR to 1:43.62 in WAC prelims…swam 50 free (23.41) and 100 free (50.34) at Malibu Invite…swam personal bests in three events at Sectionals with Roadrunner Aquatics Club.

2015-16 (SOPHOMORE): Season-best time in 50 free (23.99) came at Malibu Invite…swam personal best 50.24 in 100 free during Grand Canyon dual…posted personal bests at WAC Championships in 200 free (1:45.01), 500 free (4:44.60), and 1650 free (16:40.64)…swam personal-best time of 10:05.50 in 1000 free at Cal Baptist dual.

2014-15 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five freestyle events…posted season-best time of 1:45.59 in 200 free at WAC Championships…finished 28th at A3 Performance Invite in 500 free after posting personal best time of 4:50.25 in prelim...posted best times of 10:09.87 in 1000 free and 16:50.77 in the mile…competed at Swim Meet of Champions during the offseason as well as So Cal Sections.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Martin Luther King High School...coach was Kevin Rosa...helped lead the Wolves to a Big 8 League championship and was named Team MVP in 2014…two-time Big 8 League Champion in the 500 free...also swam with the Riverside Aquatic Association.

PERSONAL: Born Nov. 1, 1995...son of Samuel Valiente and Lorraine Robles...sociology major working on a minor in criminal justice.
