2012-13 (FRESHMAN): Saw time primarily in the 100 and 200 breaststroke events...posted season best in the 100 breast (1:01.97) at the Arena Invitational...earned his season best in the 200 breast at the Cal Baptist dual (2:20.42)...swam four times in the 100 back, four times in the 200 IM, and once in the 200 back.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Farmington (N.M.) High School...coach was Mike Ortiz...served as captain of team during junior and senior seasons...played football and track.
PERSONAL: Born July 26, 1994..son of Mona Chiha...a biology major.
