2023-24 (JUNIOR): Focused on 100 free, 100 fly, and 100 back…Won two individual races and placed Top 3 a total of eight times…Won bronze at the MPSF Championships with the 800 free relay team, which posted the third-fastest time (6:29.51) in CSUB history…Scored points at MPSF Championships with 10th-place finish in 1650 free and 13th-place finish in 400 IM, posting season-best times in both events…Reset personal best 1650 free time (15:56.79) at Big Al Invitational…Earned Academic All-Conference honors.
2022-23 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in nine different events, primarily focusing on the distance freestyle and IM races…Won three individual races, including the 200 IM during the Cal Poly dual, and placed Top 3 nine times…Earned 11th-place finishes at the MPSF Championships in both the 400 IM (3:59.39) and 1650 free (15:59.05)…Qualified for and competed in the National Invitational Championships in three events…Helped 200 free relay team post fourth-fastest time in CSUB history (1:20.48) and third-fastest 400 free relay time (2:58.14)…Season-best times: 100 Free (46.89), 200 Free (1:38.68), 500 Free (4:33.37), 1000 Free (9:50.56), 1650 Free (15:59.05), 200 Back (1:55.47), 200 IM (1:54.12), and 400 IM (3:59.39).
PRIOR TO CSUB: Attended Grand Canyon University from 2020-22 competing in freestyle events for the Antelopes.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Sherwood High School in Sherwood, Ore...Coached by Brad Robbins...2020 Pacific Conference Swimmer of the Year and SHS MVP...Earned All-American honors with a state championship and runner up finish in the freestyle events...Graduated with honors.
PERSONAL: A liberal studies major working on a minor in business...Hopes to go into athletic advising after his time at CSUB.
