2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in the 100 and 200 breaststroke events along with the 200 individual medley and raced against the No. 1 California Golden Bear swim team in the 50 freestyle…was also a member of two relay teams.
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Placed fourth in the 200 breaststroke at the Blue Grass Mountain Conference Championships for NCAA Division II Limestone College.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Istek Belde in Istanbul, Turkey.
PERSONAL: Born Aug. 9, 1989...son of Sabri Billgin and Selmin Duruer...majoring in business and liberal studies.
