2012-13 (JUNIOR): Won the 200 breaststroke at the California dual...finished third in the 200 back at the Fresno Pacific dual...posted season best times in the 100 breast (:56.97), 200 breast (2:03.76), and 200 IM (1:55.16) during the preliminaries of the MPSF Championships.

2011-12 (SOPHOMORE): Finished 15th at the MPSF Championships in the 100 breaststroke after posting season best time (:57.11) during the preliminaries of the event...scored points for CSUB at the MPSF’s in the 200 breast with a 17th place showing...turned in season best time in the event (2:04.17) in the prelims...also saw action on the 100 back, 200 back, 100 butterfly, and 200 IM.

2010-11 (FRESHMAN): Participated in six individual specialties and three relay events…captured third place at the USC Invitational in the 200 backstroke event…also competed in the 50 and 100 breaststroke, 100 breaststroke and the 200 and 400 Individual Medley races…was on three different relay teams as well.  

HIGH SCHOOL:  Concluded his prep swimming career at Huntington Beach High School by earning the 2010 Coaches Award…also won the award in 2006…Oilers team MPV in 2009 and awarded the Swimming Oiler Award in 2007…qualified for the 2010 CIF meet in the 200 IM, 100 back and 400 free relay…also a member of the Oilers’ water polo team, which reached the CIF tournament in 2008 and 2009.  

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 21, 1992...son of Eric and Katherine Oleson...a business major.
