Biography
2024-25 (SOPHOMORE): Competed mainly in the individual medley events as well as the 200 backstroke… Placed Top 5 in four dual meets events…Earned B-final appearances in the 200 back and the 400 IM at the Big West Championships, placing 15th in the 200 and 16th in the 400…Swam major personal bests in the 200 back (1:51.68), the 200 IM (1:54.10), and the 400 IM (4:06.47) all at the conference championships…Earned Academic All-Conference and Academic All-District.
2023-24 (FRESHMAN): Competed in wide variety of events…Placed Top 5 in four dual meets…Earned C-final appearances at MPSF Championships in 200 back and 400 IM, placing 17th in both…Posted personal best 400 IM (4:04.95) and 500 free (4:40.45) times in MPSF prelims…Swam season-best 100 fly (53.42) and 200 back (1:54.66) at Conference.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2023 graduate of Fossil Ridge High School in Fort, Collins….Coached by Mark Moorhouse…Earned All-American honors in the 400 free relay in 2023…Named All-State, All-Conference, and All-City all four years while helping Sabercats win four-straight league titles…Was a finalist at the 5A State meet…Earned Academic All-American honors and was awarded a Heisman Scholarship after posting a 3.968 GPA…Helped Cross Country team win State title as an individual State Finalist…Competed for Fort Collins Area Swim Team as well as Loveland Swim Club…Placed in Sectionals and Senior Zones finals numerous times while also qualifying for Futures and Jr. National Bones Cut.
PERSONAL: An accounting major who plans to work at one of the Big 4 accounting firms after his time at CSUB…Mother swam at Colorado State…Sister swam for Auburn and brother swam and played lacrosse in college.
