California State University at Bakersfield Athletics

Roger Ward is in his first season on the men's and women's swimming coach staff at CSU Bakersfield. Ward will assist director of swimming Chris Hansen with the sprinters and the CSUB mid-distance free competitors.

Ward graduated from the University of Pacifc in 2012 with a BS in geology and is pursuing a MS in geology at CSUB. Ward swam for Pacific, competing primarily in the IM and breaststroke events. Ward earned All-MPSF honors as a junior and as a senior for the Tigers.
