Biography
2011-12 (JUNIOR): Hammons arose up as one of the top CSUB golfers as he posted
a team-best per-round average of 76.5 strokes after playing in all nine of the
‘Runners’ matches…Finished as the top finisher in two of CSUB’s matches…He
twice fired off rounds of 72, at the Wildcat Invitational and the OGIO UC Santa
Barbara Invitational…Lowest finish of the season was at the OGIO UC Santa
Barbara Invite where he carded a 3-over 219 to tie for 13th.
2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Third on the squad in scoring (76.7)...participated in all nine events (24 rounds) for the Roadrunners...shot career low 72 during the third round of the Cal State Fullerton Folino Invitational.
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Played 16 rounds and finished with a 78.6 scoring average...low round of the year came in the opening 18 of the Cal State Northridge/Bill Cullum Invitational (10-26/27-09) where he shot a 73.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 8, 1990...a business administration major.
