Biography
2006: Katherine Gillett came into the Bakersfield program and made a huge impact...was one of seven Roadrunners who played in all 36 contests…scored 21 goals as a freshman, good enough for sixth-best on the team…led the team in scoring three times, including a three-goal performance in a 10-9 loss to Bucknell.
MONACHE HS: Gillett competed for perennial Central California powerhouse Monache High in Porterville for three seasons…led team to a pair of East Yosemite League titles and the 2004 CIF Central Section Division II championships…also competed in swimming, diving and basketball for the Marauders…Monache’s team was the EYL champion three years while Gillett was competing.
PERSONAL: Major is biology at Bakersfield…parents are Robert and Arlina Gillett.
