Can I order fan cutouts after the season has already started?
Yes, cutouts will continue to be produced and will be placed at Hardt Field or the Barnes Beach Volleyball Complex as received, which is subject to the production timeline and delivery date.
If I order multiple fan cutouts, will they be located together?
Yes, we will make sure all fan cutouts within an order are located next to each other. Exceptions may apply if the same individual is pictured multiple times, those tend to be spread out within the facility.
For baseball, will my fan cutout(s) be placed in my season ticket location?
No, cutouts will be placed strategically throughout the venue to improve broadcast aesthetics and group like categories of people, such as alumni, plan holders, scholar-athlete family, etc.
Does the revenue from my purchase go directly to the CSUB Baseball or Beach Volleyball program?
While the related program will benefit from your purchase, the revenue will not go directly to them and them alone. All proceeds from these fundraisers are deposited to the Roadrunner Scholarship Fund - General Athletics Scholarships fund. This fund will be used to support athletics scholarships for all CSUB programs.
I have an account credit on file from previous canceled events, can I use that money?
No, this project is a unique, one-time opportunity and funds currently on file at CSUB may not be utilized.
What if the season gets delayed or canceled?
All payments made to purchase the fan cutout(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension, or early termination of the season. This venture is a fundraising initiative for the Roadrunner Scholarship Fund and scholarships continue to be fulfilled whether events are conducted or not.
Are fan cutouts made of recyclable material and/or able to be recycled?
All fan cutouts are made out of recycled corrugated plastic, but the fan cutouts themselves are not recyclable.
Will I get my fan cutout(s) at the end of the season?
Potentially. Fans will have the opportunity to pick-up their cutouts at the end of the season from the CSUB campus by making an appointment with the CSUB Athletics Ticket Office. Cutouts may also be delivered to you if you are located within reasonable driving distance from campus. We will do our best to be flexible.
