SAINT JOSEPH HS: Evans competed for Saint Joseph HS in the Los Padres League...earned first team all-league honors as a senior...given the Coaches’ Award/Hardest Working Athlete Award as a senior...a scholar-athlete...earned the CIF Academic Award all four years...also participated in cross country and swimming.

PERSONAL: Evans is a nursing major at CSUB...plans to minor in nutrition...wants to work as a nurse and council people on eating habits after graduation...brother, Sam, plays for the UC Santa Barbara water polo team...other interests include baking, sewing, hanging out with friends and hiking.
