Biography
2008: Chase Kreitler turned in season-best times of 21.92 in the 50 free, 48.61 in the 100 free and 1:43.73 in the 200 free at the Conference USA Championships.
2007: Kreitler’s top times included a 21.77 mark in the 50 free, set at the American Short Course Championships...also swam 48.39 in the 100 free and 1:44.16 in the 200 free at the Pacific Coast Conference Championships.
2006: Kreitler posted season-best times of 49.59 in the 100 free and 1:46.6 in the 200 free during his freshman year at CSUB.
NOTRE DAME HS: Kreitler swam for three years at Notre Dame High School, serving as the team’s captain his senior season...also swam for Co-Head Coaches Jeff and Stacy Thornton on the CCAT club team.
PERSONAL: Kreitler is a physical education and kinesiology major at CSUB...career plans include becoming a college swim coach...enjoys longboard skating and surfing...parents are John and Patsy Kreitler.
