Biography

2024 (JUNIOR): Started 10  games appearing in 13 on the year... Went 2- for-3 with a single and a home run while recording one RBI, helping lead the Roadrunners to a 12-3 run-rule victory. 

2023 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 19 games, starting 8... Was the starting catcher before injury, made first appearance back April 15 vs. Cal Poly.

2022 (FRESHMAN): Played in 24 games, making 21 starts…Hit .181 on the season with three doubles…Threw out three would-be base stealers in UC San Diego series, not allowing any stolen bases on the weekend…Went 2-for-3 with an RBI against Santa Clara Mar. 31 (Game 1).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2021 graduate of St. Joseph High School in Lakewood, Calif.…Attended St. Joseph High School in 2020 and 2021 and Wilson High School in 2018 and 2019…Coached by Marty Molina at SJHS and George Molina at WHS…Three-time All-League honoree…Starting catcher all four years, called her own pitches in 2018 and 2019…Led WHS to league title in 2018, snapping rival Lakewood High School’s 65-game win streak along the way…In 2019, created a battery with a pitcher that would average over 8 strikeouts per game… In 2019, had walk-off hit that led WHS to CIF semifinals, which was #8 on the562.org’s Top 10 Plays of the Year…Named Team Defensive Player of the Year in 2018…Earned Academic High Honors all four years…Started playing 18U travel ball at age 14, competing with So Cal Athletics, LTG, and most recently finishing final year with Batbusters 18U-Bennett.

PERSONAL: Plans to major in biology and is interested in becoming a perfusionist, but would consider continuing in softball given the right opportunity.
