2023 (R-SENIOR): Indoor - Earned a personal best of 50'6" in the weight throw at the Ron Mann Classic. Outdoor - Competed in 7 meets...At the Big West Track and Field Championships, finished 21st overall in the hammer throw with a personal best mark of 152'6"...Tied for 13th in CSUB history.Â
2022 (R-JUNIOR): Indoor - Threw a season best in the weight throw at the New Mexico Team Open with a mark of 47'9.75". Outdoor - Competed in eight meets for the `Runners...Placed 4th overall at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, threw a 149'6".
2021 (R-SOPHOMORE): Threw hammer in nine meets with the Roadrunners...Tallied marks over 140' four times on the year...Reset career-high at the Fresno St Invitational (143'9") and again at the Big West Outdoor Championships (143'11")...Posted a Top 10 finish four times.
2020 (REDSHIRT): Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic...Ranks #16 on the programs all-time hammer throw depth chart.
2019 (R-FRESHMAN): Only competed during the outdoor season, but saw action at eight meets in the hammer throw...posted a career-best at the Titan Twilight with a mark of 41.30m (135'6")...tallied a Top 3 mark at the SBCC Easter Open.
2018 Track (REDSHIRT): Sat out the season as a medical redshirt...volunteered with the anthropology department over the summer cataloging artifacts.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Highland High School.…coach was Arnaldo Cueto…earned SEYL All-League (2017)…earned Jockey Club Award and Scholar Athlete Award (2013-2017)...earned US Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete Award (2017)...earned California Scholarship Federation Lifetime Membership Award (2017)…also played basketball for the Scots. PERSONAL: Major in Anthropology…born in Rexburg, Idaho…father, Tyrin, competed at Ricks College, now known as BYU-Idaho...plans to continue school and obtain a master's degree...Volunteers with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
