Biography
2019-20 (SENIOR): Swam to nine top-10 finishes in 2019-20...Finished second in both the 100 Back (59.23) and the 100 Fly (58.50) in a dual meet at Fresno Pacific...Placed third in the 100 Back against UC Santa Cruz.
2018-19 (JUNIOR): Finished 15th in the WAC in the 100 back (58.20), 20th in the 200 back (2:10.10) and 18th in the 100 fly (57.10)...produced 12 top-10 finishes...finished a season-best fifth against UNLV in the 100 back (1:02.14).
2017-18 (SOPHOMORE): Recorded season-best times in the 100 back (57.03), 200 back (2:06.38), 100 fly (56.96), and 50 free (24.71) at the WAC Championships...recorded three top-five finishes throughout the dual meet season.
2016-17 (FRESHMAN): Competed in the 50 backstroke at the Malibu invite going a season best time of 28.91… swam a PR at WAC Championships in the 100 back (58.30)… at the `Runners mid-season A3 meet Salcido was able to PR in the 200 back (2:16.21)…season best at A3 in the 100 fly (59.48)…
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Maryville High School....coach was Keith Lambert…named Team MVP in both 2015 and 2016.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 31, 1998...daughter of Joseph and Roxanne Salcido…communications major and marketing minor...born in Bakersfield.
